I've been waiting for over a week to try and get my money out of Walmart's website. They've completely shut down access to my money in their vault once I told them I was switching to a bank.
Just so you know, don't buy the card. They're completely inconsiderate and this has finally gotten to a point where I need my cash and they're ignoring me and making up stories.

Rechecking to be sure l can Make my orderome help
I was given my route and account # so l can complete my order. I've always had to wait until my check arrived before I could order anything, thanks to Walmart, l can now order and make payments as l should be able to. With this card I'm able to even get gas after hours long as the pumps were on.
I'm not able to leave the house beings l don't have a car , WORKS FOR ME !

Sucks because you don't have a technical support number for which I can call to fix the problem. Signing up with the money debit card but your lucky if you can get through the first page of signing up for the card

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They never called me or spoke to me but magically an email appeared that the person did actually use my link and my $50 was deposited. Still don't recommend them, had to post on a website to get a resolution and still no call or apology.
I'm done. I did go ahead and change my payroll details so that it doesn't deposit into that account anymore. They are a bait and switch operation. They are not going to honor the refer-a-friend incentive; they will tell you that your friend didn't click the link, even though you saw your friend click the link and then create an account through said link.
They will call you a liar and not give you your reward.
So, don't bother with that program. Don't get the card just for the $50, because you won't get it.

Walmart and GreenDot can not properly secure these cards and do care to
Purchased a pp card for 500.00 for my mother to take on a trip since she has no credit cards and didnt want to carry that much in cash.
Activated the following day, attempted to use the next morning and it declined.
Called CS immediately when they opened and the name on the card registered was not mine. Verified the number, the rep froze the card and referred to their fraud department.
Several days later with NO contact from anyone I revived an email from thefraud department saying their investigation concluded and the money is gone and they wont refund it stating I provided the number to a 3rd party.
Waitwhat? I have the card, the receipt and the packaging. The numbers were NOT given to anyone. Of course there was no contact info on the email.
I called and was told no one can help me and they wont give me any info about where the money went. Told me to call the police and hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. Called again, asked for a supervisor, was transferred to the corporate office who told me again to call the police and they have no one else to speak to. Im sorry what?

Of the federal agencies, green dot, Walmart, state attorney general, surely the sale of this product needs to stop.
Ive read so many stories like mine and its sickening. Its clear that green dot and Walmart can not safely provide this product to consumers so stop selling them.

I talked to someone, and they told me that they couldn't find my charges. However, I was looking right at them, so I called my bank.
They wanted me to get a transaction number. When I called back with the number, someone said I won a gift card that I had to pay for.
So I asked them if I could talk to customer service, but they just kept trying to get another card's information, as if they could do it again. I don't know.

Inept customer service from Walmart Money card .
Ii closed my Walmart money card account a year ago, but I'm still getting monthly statements so I assume I have money still in the old account. I don't have a money card number so I need you to research this problem. Gary Bowlin, garybowlin4@***.co

I bought a Walmart Money Debt Card and put several hundreds on it. After I activated the card, I went to check the balance.
It said zero. I called the number on the back of the card. They informed me I got scammed.
I had to email the card and receipt to them, only to be informed it could take up to 15 business days to return my money by check. That's after a 7 to 10 day investigation.

The app shows a free atm inside the local Walmart but every time Ive had to use it I get charged a fee .
Monday I called customer service and tried to get these fees returned. After 5 minutes of them reading the script I asked for a supervisor and it was supposedly escalated and today got an email stating that there was nothing wrong with the card .
Obviously the cards just fine as theyre still stealing money with the aid of barely understandable individuals at customer service and free atms .

It's a shame that all you hear is a recording when you call customer service. There's no way to speak to someone.
Where can you go if you have forgotten your card number or user ID? Nowhere because, as mentioned, it's just a recording. I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service number.
There needs to be a human being to speak to, not a recording! Terrible customer service for sure!

I purchased a Walmart money card to pay a bill with it because there was an issue dealing with my direct deposit so the next day go to activate it and pay a bill with it and for 3 hours trying to actk
I call customer service after finally activating it my balance says zero they tell me that they cant find my card number then they tell me I have to register it I told him Ill do it again with him on with me do it again once again it say zero on my card I get transferred to a new person they tell me my card is not registered then it is but my name is not on the account it is someone elses name I ask what is the name they tell we cant tell you now I have to wait 5 business days after sending my receipt and a pic of the card to see if I can get my money back bottom line ppl dont ever ever get the Walmart money card ever!!!

The transactions from padsplit were double charged , I have no overdraft protection and they are saying that I havent had any deposits in thirty days when i continuously have uploaded my card! And I have had referral from friends and did not receive my 50 dollars . Im truly pissed about the treatment from the chat they are impatient and short with me.
